Is CareLoop a medical app?
CareLoop is a care coordination tool. It helps families organize medicines, daily updates, reminders, and doctor-ready summaries. It does not diagnose, prescribe, monitor emergencies, or replace a clinician.
Can I use it from my phone?
Yes. CareLoop works in the mobile browser. On iPhone, open the site in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open Chrome and tap Install app or Add to Home Screen when available.
Who can see my family care information?
Only people invited into the care group can see that care space. Be careful to invite only people you trust with sensitive care information.
What should I add first?
Add one important medicine, save today’s update, then invite one trusted helper. That is enough to make the first week useful.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
A card is required today to start the trial. You are charged after the first 7 days unless you cancel before day 7. After that, the plan is $14.97/month for one primary account plus one free caregiver. Extra caregivers can join with their own paid seat.
Is there an agency pilot?
Yes. Home health agencies can start with a small 10–25 family pilot focused on family visibility, fewer status calls, and doctor-ready summaries.
