When do I pay?
Checkout appears after account setup, before the private care space starts. The 7-day trial requires a card, and you are charged only after day 7 unless you cancel before then.

What costs extra?
The base plan includes one primary account and one included helper. Additional helper seats are shown clearly before any paid access is added.
Is CareLoop medical advice?
No. CareLoop organizes family-entered care information. It does not diagnose, prescribe, provide emergency monitoring, or replace clinical care.
